Jon Frosch assigns and edits film and TV reviews, essays and all other critical content for THR’s print edition and website. He also writes film reviews. Frosch's writing for THR has won two Southern California Journalism Awards for critic of the year and earned several National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Award nominations. He was formerly Film Editor and Critic at France 24 in Paris, where he started as a General Assignment Reporter. Prior to that, he was an Online Editor and Contributing Writer at the International Herald Tribune in Paris. His work has also appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Village Voice and The Stranger. Based in Los Angeles, Frosch is a member of The Los Angeles Film Critics Association (LAFCA) and has served on several Gotham Award nominating committees.
